The programme is free and clients could be eligible for a training allowance and support with travel and child care costs.

Future Pathways are also proud to now offer ESOL for clients who English is not their first language.

All the training is delivered by qualified training advisers who are skilled in helping clients get the skills they need to get back to work.

Future Pathways works closely with the jobcentre Plus to make sure people who would benefit the most from the programme, which is funded by the Learning and Skills Council, have access to it.
