West and North Yorkshire Higher Education Fair to bring over 8,000 students to Leeds
Over 8,000 students will be descending on Leeds Met Headingley Campus between Thursday 21st and Friday 22nd June when the largest Higher Education Convention in Yorkshire returns to the campus.
The West and North Yorkshire Higher Education Convention brings students together with 142 Higher Education providers including Universities, Colleges and private providers across the UK and abroad, as well as a range of gap year opportunities. 174 seminars will run during the convention, the largest number to date, covering topics including choosing a course and University, student finance and course subject specific topics.
The West and North Yorkshire Higher Education Convention is free to attend and will be held at Leeds Met Headingley Campus, Thursday 21st and Friday 22nd June 9.30am-2.30pm each day.
This popular convention, organised by igen on behalf of UCAS, has grown considerably in recent years, showing that despite the introduction of higher tuition fees a significant number of young people across Yorkshire and Humber are looking to enter into higher education.
