The Intensive Connexions Service in Leeds supports hundreds of young people every year. This vital service provides support to help young people overcome barriers to achieve their goals. We want to make sure that the Connexions Intensive Support Service meets the needs of young people in Leeds.
The Intensive Support Service is delivered by a range of partners from the voluntary and statutory sectors including specialists in teenage pregnancy, homeless issues and drugs and alcohol among others and can be accessed from locations across the wedges including schools, youth centres and community settings.
