e2e Training Partners in Leeds
igen works with a number of training providers in Leeds which allows us to provide more variety in the options available to learners and provide training in specialist areas.
Every e2e training provider offers the generic e2e programme based on the three core strands
- basic/key skills
- personal and social development
- vocational experience.
As a matter of course each provider will deliver these core strands as well as training in specialist areas.
Following an induction period held at Igen Future Pathways (Coverdale House, East Parade) learners will be assisted to decide which training partner would be best for them.
As part of the training learners will be involved in work experience relevant to their chosen direction in jobs like retail, office work, motor vehicles, graphic design, hair and beauty, animal care, gardening, warehousing, sports or childcare.
