igen has been delivering a career information advice and guidance service for adults for a number of years. Our aim is to “Help and support adults to make realistic decisions about their future in terms of learning and work”. We work with people aged 19 (18 if unemployed) and over who could be in employment, or may be unemployed or looking to return to the labour market after a break.
National Careers Service is available to any adults aged 19 and above or 18 (if unemployed). Qualified careers advisers deliver information, advice and guidance if you are looking to improve career prospects, obtain a qualification or make the most of your job. A subsequent more in depth session is available if required for clients who have obtained below a level 3 qualification. The sessions include:
